Step 1 – Leadership Development Profile

January 12, 2026 by

Discover Your Leadership Development Profile

Unlock a clear picture of how you lead, how you make meaning, and where your next growth lies.

The Leadership Development Profile (LDP) is a research-backed assessment that reveals:

  • Your current stage of leadership development
  • The next horizon of growth available to you
  • How your thinking, decisions, and actions are shaped by your meaning-making

Designed for leaders navigating complexity, the LDP gives insight that drives more effective leadership.

Why It Matters

With the LDP, you can:

  • Navigate complexity with greater agility
  • Understand your own and others’ perceptions and interactions
  • Accelerate your development as a leader

This is not a psychometric test, it’s all about insights, not labels. It shows how your meaning-making patterns influence your leadership every day.

How It Works

Meaning-Making & Action Logics
Meaning-making is how you interpret life, work, and relationships. The LDP maps your unique pattern using Action Logics, revealing your predominant Primary Action Logic and other patterns that emerge in different contexts.

Influence in Context
See how situations shape your thinking and behaviour, and how your responses shift across environments. This awareness strengthens your ability to lead in complex, dynamic settings.

Vertical Development
Beyond skills and knowledge, the LDP supports growth in how you think, helping you navigate ambiguity, uncertainty, and complexity with confidence.

Your LDP Journey

  1. Complete the LDP Form – Reflect on 32 areas of your work, life, and relationships using simple prompts.
  2. Receive your LDP Report – Understand your Primary Action Logic, other patterns, and developmental insights.
  3. Coaching Debrief – Explore your results 1:1 with Danielle North, an authorised LDP coach.

The report and debrief forms the start of a longer leadership journey, individually with your coach, or as part of a leadership programme.

Who It’s For

The LDP is ideal for leaders who want to:

  • See the bigger picture of how they lead
  • Make intentional, lasting shifts in thinking and behaviour
  • Grow their capacity to lead in complex, high-stakes environments

On Purpose

December 16, 2025 by

Your purpose is not what you do. Your purpose is who you are.

There are moments in life and work when the questions begin to change.

Perhaps you have achieved what you set out to achieve, reached a point of transition, or simply begun to wonder what matters most now.

On Purpose is a four-week guided reflection journey designed to help you explore these questions for yourself.

Drawing on Danielle North’s book On Purpose, the journey invites you to look beneath the roles, responsibilities and expectations that shape everyday life, and reconnect with the deeper qualities, values and experiences that make you who you are.

Because purpose is not necessarily something we need to find. Often, it is something we learn to recognise.

A different way of thinking about purpose

We often think of purpose as something we need to work out.

A career path. A calling. A particular achievement. A five-year plan.

But purpose can be much closer than that.

Your purpose is not what you do, your purpose is who you are.

It can be found in the qualities you bring to the people around you, the things that give you energy, the experiences where you feel most yourself and the contribution you naturally make.

The On Purpose journey helps you begin to notice these patterns and listen to what they might be telling you.

Come as you are

This isn’t about fixing yourself, finding the perfect answer or deciding what you should do next. It is an invitation to become curious about your own experience.

Through questions, exercises, experiments and guided meditations, you will be encouraged to listen to your intuition, reflect on your experiences and explore what feels meaningful to you.

You don’t need to arrive with a clear sense of purpose. You simply need to be willing to explore.

The Four Week Journey

The On Purpose workbook takes you through four stages of reflection, helping you explore purpose from the inside out.

Awakening invites you to notice what is happening in your life now and what may be asking for your attention.

Listening takes you deeper into your inner landscape, exploring your instincts, intuition and the experiences that have shaped you.

Aligning helps you recognise what matters, where you feel most yourself and what may no longer be aligned.

Becoming brings your reflections into the present, exploring how you might express more of who you are in the way you live and work.

The journey is practical as well as reflective, giving you questions and exercises that you can return to long after you have completed the book.

What you will explore

Throughout the journey, you will be invited to reflect on the experiences and patterns that reveal something about who you are.

You might notice the moments when you have felt most alive, the things that come naturally to you, the qualities others consistently recognise in you, or the threads that have continued to appear throughout your life.

These clues can be easy to overlook because they often feel so familiar.

Yet sometimes what comes most naturally to us tells us the most about who we are.

Guided meditations

The On Purpose journey also includes a series of guided meditations recorded by Danielle, designed to support the reflective work in the book.

You can listen to the meditations as you move through the four-week journey, or return to them whenever you want to create space for reflection.

Where this can lead

For some people, On Purpose is a personal journey of reflection.

For others, it opens up deeper questions about work, leadership and what they want their next chapter to be about.

This is particularly relevant at moments of transition, when the question moves beyond:

What do I want to achieve next?

towards:

What do I want to contribute?
How do I want to lead?
What do I want this next chapter to be about?

For leaders who want to explore these questions with others, On Purpose also provides the foundation for The Next Chapter – a small, facilitated group experience led by Danielle.

The Next Chapter

A four-week guided reflection journey for leaders questioning what comes next.

Drawing on the principles of On Purpose, The Next Chapter creates a confidential space to explore purpose, identity, contribution and the next expression of your leadership.

Begin your On Purpose journey

You don’t need to know exactly where you are going.

Start by becoming curious about where you have been, what has shaped you and what continues to call your attention.

The clues are often already there.

Your essence contains the blueprint.
