Emily is an accomplished Chartered Psychologist, Certified Coach, Senior Leader and Talent Management professional with over 20 years’ business experience. Her focus is on executive and leader assessment, executive coaching, leadership and management development, team and system dynamics, career development, and supporting people through transition (e.g. returning to work from well-being leave, parental leave).
She has designed and facilitated various leadership and manager development initiatives from aspiring managers to seasoned leaders, including 6-month programmes of cohorts from mixed industries and from across geographies.
Focusing not just on what clients do, she helps them uncover their habits, attitudes and underlying beliefs which may be holding them back from achieving their desired outcomes. Believing that growth and development comes from getting right to the heart of things, through values and going beyond surface behaviours, she helps individuals and teams to change their behaviours consciously, powerfully, and sustainably towards fulfilment of their goals.
