True performance starts with presence, not pressure. Refocus your energy and give the world the best of you, not just what’s left of you.
A unique retreat for high-performing leaders
Two days to unplug, reflect, and discover deeper meaning
Step away from devices, meetings and expectations. Immerse yourself in nature, stillness, and focused reflection. Performance Pause gives you the rare space to pause, reconnect with yourself and explore the edges of what is possible.
Digital detox. Deep reflection. Personal enquiry.
What is Performance Pause?
Performance Pause is not a traditional leadership event. You will not discuss objectives, outcomes or even your teams. Instead, Pause guides you into stillness through nature, because remarkable insights emerge when you sit with yourself.
This is a personal enquiry in a group setting. Everything we do enables you to go deeper into yourself. We teach very little in terms of tools or processes; instead, we hold a contained space for you to immerse and discover deeper meaning. Going deeper may be the most powerful progress any leader can make.
It is very rare as an executive that you are selfish and get the time to truly focus on yourself, decompress and answer questions about you and the business. Performance Pause was phenomenal.

Why choose Performance Pause?
Leaders thrive on pressure and demand results. High-performing leaders reach a point where they are confident in their track record, know their strengths and understand what they are capable of. Yet they also know there is always more. Performance Pause is for those who want to take risks and make meaningful change possible. It is an invitation to venture beyond the familiar, explore the edges of existence and ask the question: who do I believe myself to be
Space to disconnect. Time to reflect.
With carefully structured experiences, nature immersion and a digital detox, you can slow down, pause, and access clarity, insight, and a deeper sense of purpose.
