Founder: Author, Coach, Space Holder
Danielle North is a UK-based international executive coach, consultant, and facilitator with 20+ years’ experience working with leaders and teams in over twenty countries.
She specialises in executive coaching, leadership development, team facilitation, coach development, and organisational change.
With a strong operational background, including several years in Asia as Managing Director of a Leadership Development Consultancy and Coaching Company, Danielle blends systems thinking with deep understanding of human development. She helps leaders achieve breakthroughs, enhance performance, strengthen connection to purpose and maintain wellbeing.
Danielle is founder of Pause Global, a six-time published author, and has worked with clients including PepsiCo, McKinsey, HSBC, Accenture, Unilever and Mars.

About Emily
Emily is an accomplished Chartered Psychologist, Certified Coach, Senior Leader and Talent Management professional with over 20 years’ business experience. Her focus is on executive and leader assessment, executive coaching, leadership and management development, team and system dynamics, career development, and supporting people through transition (e.g. returning to work from well-being leave, parental leave).
She has designed and facilitated various leadership and manager development initiatives from aspiring managers to seasoned leaders, including 6-month programmes of cohorts from mixed industries and from across geographies.
Focusing not just on what clients do, she helps them uncover their habits, attitudes and underlying beliefs which may be holding them back from achieving their desired outcomes. Believing that growth and development comes from getting right to the heart of things, through values and going beyond surface behaviours, she helps individuals and teams to change their behaviours consciously, powerfully, and sustainably towards fulfilment of their goals.

About Mia
Mia’s expertise in coaching, leadership and psychology helps people perform and grow. Leveraging 20 years’ consulting experience across commercial and industrial sectors, she brings a special interest in Emotional Intelligence to her practice, with capabilities in leadership, vertical development and organisational climate.
As an executive coach and facilitator, Mia combines a relational stance with humanistic and experiential learning principles. She provides a safe space enabling brave exploration of personal, interpersonal and business challenges, co-creating insights, knowledge and practical actions.
Mia’s purpose is sustainable success: for each client to be thriving personally, growing professionally and bringing value to their organisations. Clients describe Mia as grounded, perceptive, kind, skilled and authentic. They experience her coaching and facilitation as clarifying, calming, insightful and energising.

About Davina
Davina is an ICF-accredited (ACC) coach and EMCC-qualified team coach with experience in leadership and team development across multiple industries. Much of her corporate career has been within FMCG, working for both Associated British Foods and Unilever, but she has also worked for Financial Services, Technology and Consulting businesses of various sizes. She works closely with leaders and HR partners to tailor support, collaborating with experienced associates for larger projects.
Her expertise includes 1:1 leadership coaching, team coaching and facilitation, workshops on leadership and communication, mediation, and embodiment coaching through music and movement. Davina’s approach balances support with challenge, helping leaders and teams build self-awareness, strengthen connection, develop skills, and improve performance and workplace culture. Davina has an engaging facilitation style and can bring lightness and laughter into even the most serious of sessions.
